Azure Cloud Roadmap is available online

As part of their new way of openness, Microsoft published a Roadmap website for Azure Cloud services.

In their >> announcement post @Server & Cloud Blog <<  they mentioned that the roadmap will include

cloud services like Microsoft Azure, Intune, Power BI, and Visual Studio Online;
server offerings such as Windows Server, System Center, SQL Server and Visual Studio
and converged system appliance offerings such as Cloud Platform System, Analytics Platform System and StorSimple.

But now, let’s move to the roadmap website itself. It is available at
>> http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/server-cloud/roadmap/ <<

There are two different filter approaches:

Timely

  • Recently Available
  • Public Preview
  • In Development
  • Canceled

and

Service / Context based

  • Cloud Infrastructure
  • Enterprise mobility
  • Data Management and Analytics
  • Application Development
  • Internet of Things

I really like that kind of openness and community inclusion on the planned roadmap.

Keep on goin’ that way, Microsoft!
